Shipping
We ship from Tampa, Florida. Ground shipping within the United States is complimentary on orders over $150 and otherwise charged at live carrier rates. Orders are dispatched within two business days; made-to-order pieces take longer and the product page will say so.
- US ground — 3 to 5 business days
- US expedited — 2 business days, available at checkout
- International — charged at cost, calculated live by carrier; duties are the customer’s responsibility
Returns
You have thirty days from delivery to return anything unworn with its tags attached. A prepaid return label is included in every parcel. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us.
Exchanges
Exchanges for another size ship free within the United States. Tell us the size you need when you send the original back and we will reserve it.
Final sale
Pieces marked final sale on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty.
Faults
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault in normal wear, write to Contact@poisemarketing.xyz with a photograph and we will repair, replace or refund it.
